NO SERIOUSLY. So sometimes stuff just grows naturally from the birth of one thing to the creation of another. When I created the myHeart series for Valentine’s Day, I did so with two things in mind: 1. the new LOVE of my life and 2. the broken heart of my past. And with that sincerity the rest free-flowed naturally into the Universe at large. Those 8 pieces are gone now – to better homes and my chest has never felt so exposed!
Now people are sending me their X RAYS (of their chests, skulls, backs, and reproductive organs) and asking me to paint THEIR heart on THEIR x-rays. Since art reflects the person viewing it, it only makes sense that this would naturally develop out of the original concept.
Obviously this is healthier for me (since I don’t like getting radiated) and I do love connecting with people. It is a totally intimate feeling to paint on top of someone’s X-RAYS because you feel their body in way that regular vision does not allow. If there ever was a way to totally connect with someone from afar this is one totally bizarre and fresh way to do it.
So for those of you out there that want me to paint an original FOOX on your MEDICAL RECORDS, X-RAYS, or MRI’s please send my assistant the following email to bnfoox@gmail.com

Artist David Foox launches second line of vinyl toys

First ever look at David Foox’s new line of vinyl toys called “The Elemental Badgers by Foox“. Here’s to taking concrete steps to make another line of toys purposefully cute, adorable, fun to the touch, and spiritual – all in one 5″ vinyl figure.
“I focused on tactile and visual aesthetics for the overall platform (chasis), but don’t be fooled by these images, there is an immense amount of detail work in the pre-production models,” states David.
Right now we have only 25 complete sets available – which includes all 5 figures (Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Soul).
Mr Brainwash

It has been an eventful weekend. First saw the Mr Brainwash show in Meat Packing District and had a drink with him in the morning then grabbed a couple of his prints signed and fingerprinted in his style. I know a lot of people are asking – Is Mr Brainwash, Banksy, and is Banksy, Mr Brainwash and after looking at his postcard for the event, I just don’t know. Banksy has this crazy flair for this type of prank and I wouldn’t be surprised if he chose a Frenchman to be his doppleganger, however, regardless, who cares? 
His show was hot, the event was fun, the energy was unbelievable and I love Frenchmen.
