Honestly, I have not had a chance to reflect on my Chinese whirlwind tour. Since I have been back my phone has been blowing up in regards to my 323East.com Solo Show in Detroit. NPR interviewed Jesse Cory over at 323East.com about the show (which opens Saturday in Detroit) and NBC dropped a line. The Detroit Metro Times put me on the front cover of their rag.
Right now I really NEED to review everything from the China mission. I need to take stock of everything and collate all the magazines and interviews and cool people I met. But before that can happen, it’s time to roll out my Detroit Show…. and then Art Basel in Miami. And then, only then, I suppose I can get some sleep and reminisce over the beauty they call Beijing.
“Till then, it’s time to “make hay while the sun shines”.

I am sorry but totally disagree do not like the photograph at all! Love David’s artwork and think he is a brilliant marketer of his stuff but cant stand this photo

I don’t think the point was to discuss the pic but instead to remind everyone about the show tomorrow in Detroit! You can debate the opic some other time. !
