My personal favorite right now – and I mean obsessed with  – is “Homegrown” Stem Cell. The blue – I think its Azure – turned out great. The skin looks eerily alien and the amber-like see thru-head is amazing.

Images always speak more lucidly than words (assuming you get the full picture). Below are all the images and associated backstory for FIRE BADGER (Twins) and the other Elemental Badgers. Both FIRE Badgers are sold (actually before the first brush stroke) and to two separate collectors on either coast of the US of almighty A.

FIRE Badger (Twins) are themselves a political/religious statement, however they are also part of a larger whole. The FOOX x PUSHER series is about bringing together the 5 elements that comprise our limited understanding of life.

And just like any good story about several parts (the individual Badgers), I do tie them together in an overarching plot to unite them under one roof and engage in a mythical pseudo-religious and absolutely archaic ritual as recognition and representation of the (*eventual) transcendence of humanity. YES, all Elemental Badgers need to come together under one roof to bring about world peace, love and harmony for all humans ready willing and able.

As the Riddle of the Unknown Warlock Magpie Thorpe succinctly puts it:

“He who brings together EARTH, AIR, WATER, FIRE, and the HOLY SPIRIT and upon each hand rests the powders cumin, nutmeg, cinnamon, and paprika only He shall see clearly beyond the limits of material man.”

And that Lattes & Gingerbreadmen is how the whole Elemental Badger phenomena began. Within each Badger exists my political, spiritual, and material observations of humanity and our current existence. It is both whimsical and serious.

I really do hope that one day all 5 Elemental Badgers come together especially as representation of a changing of humanity from limited to unlimited. I suppose it is an optimistic view on the coming new dawn of mankind. The coming evolution of life.

I did EARTH badger – here – which sold to a chap in NYC. So to replace EARTH badger, I have painted AIR badger (below).

Which leaves FIRE badger and Water badger still to come… (If only the DIY Pusher was not sold out…)

I am saved! But now I gotta find 100 hours to paint this bad bizzle perfectly for Plex @ Munky King. Regardless, it is going to look HOT, for real HOT.

The ORGAN DONORS toy concept has brought together some very important considerations. Firstly, I wanted to make something that everyone could identify with and see something familiar in the ORGAN DONORS. Secondly, I wanted to raise awareness for this issue/cause. And thirdly, I wanted to create something quasi-interactive with regard to the blind box and availability of different characters in the ORGAN DONORS world.

FOOX Badger Almanac

Plex over at Munky King Melrose was kind enough to send me this Thomas Han Pusher DIY due for delivery back on February 27th. I am very appreciative that ‘ol Plex thought of me for this custom vinyl toy.

I gotta started planning colorways and themes. If any of you’s out there have ideas for me on what to paint on this DIY, please post in the comments section.

But wait there’s more! Mr Han’s custom vinyl comes with a variety of different face masks – and I gotta paint them all too! (see below pic)

And from earlier this week when I posted the tutorials (Foox Gel Transfer Pt 1 and Pt 2), I thought it might be fun/cool/whatever to make some business cards using the Gel Transfer technique. That way you get some really cool flexible transparent business cards – and you will DEFINITELY be remembered. Here’s the beginning of my first attempt. I have painted on the first coat of the gel gloss and waiting for it to dry.

I think it would be best to remove the paper BEFORE cutting these into business cards.
